木瓜鯇魚尾湯

材料:
夏威夷木瓜1個
鯇魚尾1條
薑1小舊

處理:
1. 鯇魚尾,刮淨魚鱗,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 薑,洗淨,拍鬆。
3. 木瓜,清水洗乾淨,1開2 ,刮去核,每邊1開3,起出瓜肉,放碗中。

烹調:
1. 大火在煲內煲滾水1升。
2. 另一邊,大火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
3. 放魚尾及薑落鑊,轉中火煎。
4. 魚,一面已煎至金黃色,反轉另一面繼續煎。
5. 魚,兩面已煎至金黃色,倒去鑊中的油。
6. 水已煲至大滾,鑊的一邊轉大火,滾水灒入鑊內。
7. 加入木瓜,大火滾15至20分鐘。
8. 湯已滾了18分鐘,完成。
9. 湯,倒入大碗中,可享用。

Grass carp fish soup with papaya

Ingredients:
Hawaiian papaya 1 No.
Grass carp tail 1 No.
Ginger (small) 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Grass carp tail, get it scaled. Rinse thoroughly. Hang dry.
2. Ginger, get it rinsed. Beat well.
3. Papaya, get it rinsed. Divide it into 2 shares. Remove seeds. Each share is to be cut into 3 pieces. Get the flesh. Put in a bowl.

Steps:
1. Heat up water 1L at high flame in pot.
2. On the other side, heat up oil 2 tbsp at high flame in wok.
3. Put fish and ginger in wok. Fry at medium flame.
4. The fish, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip it over and continue frying.
5. The fish, two sides have been fried into golden yellow, pour away oil in wok.
6. Water has been totally boiled up. The wok is to be turned to high flame, pour the water into wok.
7. Add papaya, cook at high flame for 15~20 minutes.
8. Soup has been cooked for 18 minutes, complete.
9. Soup, is to be poured into a big bowl. Serve.
