5 whole eggs
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
4 cups water
1 sacher gulaman or powdered gelatine, unflavored & no color
1/2 cup sugar

Sugar Topping
2 cups white sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water (optional, if too thick)
