This free Evening Movement Meditation practice is designed as a way for women to take a brief 25 minutes before bed to wind down from the day, connect and open the body and heart, and calm and center the mind for sleep.

We honestly can't expect to function at our highest if we enter into our precious sleep time of restoration with a tense body and whirling mind.

Most of us are *perpetually harboring stress in our bodies and invasive thoughts in our mind, and implementing even a brief 20 minutes of conscious communion can make a world of difference in how we experience life, and how we show up in the world.

I built these practices for my own use, and they include some hatha yoga, intuitive creative movement, somatic release, and meditation.
