How to Brighten and Lighten Dark Video Premiere Pro 2023

In this tutorial I show you how re-light or lighten dark video using Adobe Premiere Pro 2023. Step 1 is to drag your footage onto the timeline. Next, create an adjustment layer and place it onto video track 2. Now go to your effects panel and drag and drop the lighting effects effect onto the adjustment layer. Click on light 1 and change it from spotlight to directional. Adjust the intensity of the light as needed. Finally, add a brightness and contrast effect to the adjustment layer and increase the contrast as needed.
