Valencia - Madrid (Leon - Gijón) on board of a Renfe AVE class 106 Talgo AVRIL high speed train

The AVE Renfe class S106 (Talgo AVRIL) is the newest AVE train in Spain, for the national railway operator Renfe. This high speed train can change the track gauges between Iberian broader gauge tracks and standard gauge tracks, this s the first AVE train that can do this, in the past only ALVIA (& Euromed) trains where able to do this. The train on this route originally starts in Castello de la Plana, however I took this high speed train from Valencia Joaquin Sorolla. The final destination is Gijón (via Leon) but I only took the train until Madrid, the capital and largest city of Spain.
