This fabric art piece teaches how to use the fabric as inspiration. Using Inktense to create a watercolour effect of blue tones to get started. Tracey ‪@artfiberstitch‬ used running stitch slow stitch embroidery. This hand sewing technique allows you to flow with the project, and is a wonderfully mindful practice. A blank piece of material can be daunting, but using a print allows you to start sewing, following what is already there! Perfect for beginners.
