Building a DIY Power Bank with 4x 18650 Li-Ion batteries using a kit. The sellers on Ebay call this PowerBank kit "DIY" because it comes with no cells and you have to put your own 18650 Li-Ion cells in it :). For just $1.80 including shipping, it's still not bad. I also added fuses into it for more fire safety.

WARNING: Li-Ion batteries and power banks can catch fire or explode! Risk of fire, injury and burns.
