So this is video #3 in our “introduction to NLP” series, and we are going to take a brief look at something called representational systems (which you may have heard of as VAKOG - Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic and Olfactory Gustatory) We will explore what they are, how to recognise them and how to use them to improve your communication. And I’ll also disprove the common misconception that most people have about them!

Remember that NLP isn’t something that you can learn from a video or book however it’s a great way to become familiar with concepts, topics and ideas and the aim of these videos is to encourage you to ask “what if?”, to enrich your model of the world, and to have the power to take control of your experience, communication, and success.
