ACDelco tips for installation of winter wiper blades for wide push button arms. First, determine if you have a wide or narrow push button by using a penny to measure the wiper arm. Next, remove the pre-attached wiper arm adapter on the wiper blade and replace with adapter “BC.” Identify the release tab on the pre-attached adapter and push the tab down while sliding the adapter back towards the release tab. Locate adapter “BC” and lower it into the cavity at the top of the blade. Slide adapter “BC” in the opposite direction from the adapter release tab until it clicks into place. While holding the front of the adapter, pull the blade onto the underside of the wiper arm until the button on the top of the adapter locks into the hole on the wiper arm.
