Siliguri (West Bengal), May 04 (ANI): After several days of assessment, Inter-Ministerial Central Team Leader, Vineet Joshi for Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri and Kalimpong informed that improvement is needed in the area. “We are leaving West Bengal today after 15 days. We visited many locations and made report as per our observation. Report will be submitted to the Centre. Primary observation is that improvement is needed,” said Vineet Joshi, IMCT Team Leader for Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri and Kalimpong.
