Mr Toons and his hilarious finale at Dublin's International Street Performers Festival in Merrion Square. In his finale, he wears a giant helium filled balloon on his head...and then the man gets inside the balloon !
Mr Toons called himself a professional idiot from Denmark. One of the most original performances I saw at this years' Laya City Spectacular festival.
This is a shorter version (8 minutes) of the first video I uploaded (12:30 minutes).
