From Dr. V’s desk — PAUSE these 10–14 days before:
• NSAIDs: Advil/ibuprofen, Naproxen/Aleve, Motrin, Meloxicam (they thin blood).
• Fish oils/omegas 🐟
• Multivitamins/herbals with Turmeric, Vitamin E, Ashwagandha, Lion’s Mane, and similar blends.
• Aspirin or prescription blood thinners: only pause if your prescriber okays it.
