Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha [PS1] - Evil Ryu

Evil Ryu is a hidden character in the game. He is an unlockable playable character.

===== About Evil Ryu =====
This is basically an alternative version of Ryu who is more Akuma-like. He gains Akuma's Hurricane Kick style, Teleport, Super Dragon Punch and the Raging Demon. A lot like Evil Ryu in SFA2.

Gameplay-wise, I think he is one of the best shotos in the game. As well as having most of Akuma's super moves, he also retains his Super Hurricane Kick, which is great for cancelling into for combos.

He is also known as Satsui no Hadou ni Mezameta Ryu.

===== About Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha =====
This is one of the best fighting games on the PS1. Apart from the loading times, this is much better than the arcade versions, mainly because it has stacks more features and modes. As well as exclusive characters Dhalsim and Sakura, you also get to play as the CPU versions of the bosses as well.

This is a high-effort port, which means the game has tons of features and bonuses not found in the arcade versions. It's all a very well-rounded package. Short FMV/CG videos make up each character's ending when you complete the game.

The only downsides are the fact that the game does not have the arcade SFEXPlus coloured backgrounds (it's the original SFEX ones instead), and it also does not offer an option for the original arcade soundtrack BGMs.
