► The government today pledged £105 million to support homeless people.

More than 10.000 rough sleepers have been housed in emergency accommodation like hotels and bnbs to keep them safe during the pandemic.

With hotels soon allowed to reopen, charities are warning thousands of people might be evicted back onto the streets.

But as one hotel owner discovered, it's about so much more than putting a roof over someone's head.
