Factor Fifty - Eviternity II OST (MAP07)

"Factor Fifty" from MAP07 of Eviternity II, by Joshua "Dragonfly" O'Sullivan.

Written to accompany the finely crafted Mesoamerican environment DMPhobos made, this piece was an interesting one to compose! I wanted to try to keep a sense of forward motion and energy present to suit the occasional moment of heated combat seen in this map, but on the flipside I didn't want to overdo it so that when the player is exploring around this nonlinear location after defeating the enemies, it doesn't feel comically out of place. It's hard to say for certain but I think I've managed to strike that balance? :)

Either way, this was another style of music to write in, and it was a LOT of fun, too!

Thanks a tonne for taking the time to experience Eviternity II, it was an absolute joy to work on, and the community's reaction to it has been both overwhelming and heartwarming!
