All Singaporeans above the age of 18 years will receive a $100 credit to encourage them to take part in and experience local arts and heritage offerings. During the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth budget debate on March 10, Minister Edwin Tong also said that the credits will not be transferable to another person or directly donated to arts charities but can be used to purchase tickets for family and friends.
