In today's vlog I am taking you to the gym with me for a "pull day", showing you my go to breakfast, and chatting with you while I cook! Overall, this is a realistic what I eat in a day when I don't want to do too much!

PULL DAY WORK OUT:
stretch
lat pull down: 3 sets x 8 reps
cable row: 3 sets x 8 reps
straight arm lat pull down: 2 sets x 12 reps (light weights)
bicep curls: 3 sets x 10 reps
over head arm extension: 3 sets x 12 reps (light weight)
dumbbell flys: 3 sets x 12 reps (light weight)
ABBBSSS
stair master for 15-20 minutes (doesn't matter how fast just get them steps in gowrl)
