Sketchbook Tour - sketchbook december 2022

Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday!

Today I'd like to show you a sketchbook I filled in november and december last year.
It's filled to the brim with daily stuff, adventures, mundane and exciting... and all of it is part of my illustrated story.

I have become a happier person since I started keeping a sketchbook habit, years ago. Drawing brings me joy, I look forward to 'my' moment to draw, it's a form of meditation, and it brings me in the current moment. Sometimes my mind races at the beginning of a drawing, and after even just five or ten minutes, I am calm and in that beautiful creative flow.

I have written a book all about this, and about how you can implement this joyful creativity in your daily life as well.
One of the goals for the look and feel of my upcoming book "life is better than you draw it", is that it feels like you're leafing through my sketchbook, like we just did. The difference is, it's a great read as well, and I can guarantee you that it's a reminder of how your sketchbook can be you best friend.
