OBC & EWS Quota In NEET-PG: Supreme Court Said, "Genuine Concern Raised By Resident Doctors"

Supreme Court is hearing a plea challenging the July 29 notification of the Centre and Medical Counselling Committee to provide 27% reservation to OBC and 10% to EWS students in all India quota medical seats. The Top Court has said that this is a genuine concern raised by the resident doctors that uncertainty over the NEET-PG counselling cannot continue. The matter has been adjourned for tomorrow. No resolution has been concluded in the hearing as arguments could not be completed today. The case will again be taken up for hearing in the Supreme Court tomorrow.
