In this video we complete the sheathing on the main body of the trailer and knock out the hole for the main access door. We also start and complete the framing for the rear doors which make up the truly unique part of this build.

Once the sheathing was done, it was a really nice feeling to sit inside the trailer and imagine being out in nature making use of it. I can’t wait to get the rear doors hung so I can see how well they work.

At this point the structure of the main body is complete if you also consider the doors non-structural. Once the doors are complete, we’ll be moving on to things like ventilation, insulation, interior walls, waterproofing, and our first test night out.
