Meiyazhagan is a 2024 Tamil-language drama film written and directed by C. Prem Kumar, produced by Jyothika and Suriya under 2D Entertainment. The film stars Karthi, with key roles played by Arvind Swamy, Rajkiran, Sri Divya, and others.

Announced in February 2023 under the working title Karthi 27 (marking Karthi’s 27th lead role), the official title was revealed in May. Filming started in November 2023 in Chennai and Kodambakkam and wrapped by February 2024. Govind Vasantha composed the music, with cinematography by Mahendiran Jayaraju and editing by R. Govindraj.

Released on 27 September 2024, Meiyazhagan received critical acclaim, praised for Karthi and Arvind Swamy's performances, the storyline, emotional scenes, Govind Vasantha’s score, and Prem Kumar's direction.
