Paige released her second video where she continues to lay some foundation for us.
I think it is really important to understand that the fact that Jodi was using her position of power as a licensed therapist to manipulate and control her clients that she was supposed to be helping and ultimately creating a cult is actually really scary.
Therapy is supposed to be a safe space where you should be able to trust that your therapist has your best interests in mind and upholds the ethics that come with their license.
I really feel for Paige's position, and I truly admire her putting herself out here to try to illustrate how people could possibly follow someone like this, how it can be easy to dismiss red flags, or even find yourself trying to justify things. No one is above falling into something like this.
