Which Assault Rifle is BETTER? The Dnipro, or the Kharod?

Some notes about the matchup:
-The Kharod would have cleared rooms faster if I just used the primary more. I was running Holemaker to simulate using it vs mutants, dogs, junk enemies etc over time to show the difference in durability damage.
-The Holemaker has a very high skill floor in order to 1 tap exos, you need to have 95-100% of the shotgun pellets to hit in order to kill on headshot. Ruby armor can improve its accuracy by 20% which was not used in this video.
