This is our first time in the Florida Keys in our Grand Design RV and for a longer stay. It was a perfect time to go- December 2019. Now that we are full time RVers, we hope to go again next winter.
Today, we show you exactly what each site looks like at Curry Hammock State park with a glimpse of what to do while staying in the Florida Keys.

In this video we show Curry Hammock Campground site by site with each site number clearly noted on the screen.

We also cover campground and park amenities, including showers, bathrooms, day use park, kayaking, kite-surfing and the beautiful Curry Hammock Beaches. Come to Curry Hammock to enjoy the awesome Sunrises and Sunsets.

Curry Hammock State Park in the Florida Keys near the city of Marathon. Located at 56200 Overseas highway near MM 56.
All campground sites have 20 amp, 30amp and 50 Amp hookups along with water. The sites also have a Bar-b-que and Poles to attach your Hammock.

There is no sewer hookup in any of the sites, although there is a very easily accessible Dump station in the campground that is close enough to any of the sites to walk your Blu Boy and dump in a 5 min walk.
Curry Hammock State ParkThe campground also has excellent bathrooms and showers centrally located in the middle of the campground, it also has an outside shower and Sink.

The Day Use area of the park has an excellent beach for Kitesurfing and Kayaking. Be sure to follow the park rules for both.

The best and most obvious feature of this campground is that it is on the ocean, with many sites with a clear ocean view.

There are many things to do near Curry Hammock like the

Robbies famous Tarpon are in Islamorada about 40 min drive north.

Key west is about a 80 min drive south, plan to spend the whole day exploring Key West.
