There are many ways you can build a home. This can be a spec home, through a builder. When you close, you would be closing on the land and the improvements to the land all at one time.

Another way to build is to purchase a vacant lot, maybe out in the country. It is nice to have a brand new home but of course, there are pros and cons to both Building a New Construction Home and, Buying An Existing Home.

While the home-buying process involves several important choices, one of the very first decisions buyers need to make is whether to shop for an existing home or build a new one.
