This New York State Department of Health Grand Rounds session will provide the latest updates on measles, including transmission, complications, historical and recent outbreaks, vaccine confidence, and the importance of immunizations, as well as the current measles outlook in New York and the United States. Case studies will include a discussion of the measles outbreak in Texas, the response and lessons learned, and best practices for New York State providers when responding to suspected or confirmed cases of measles.
