Today is five years since our aunty Denise passed away. She was the most special and kind lady you could imagine. She was my mums best friend and godmother and was like a second mum to her and a grandma to us. Me, my sister Lucy and mum Diana signed this beautiful song “Dancing in the sky” by Daniandlizzy in SSE (bsl signs in lyric order) This week is also #NationalGriefAwarenessWeek and our group have been honoured to work closely with The Good Grief Trust we have some special videos coming up this week. This week is very poignant for our family with the anniversary of Denise passing but also as a group. Grief affects us all at some points in our life and this year the impact has hit even harder.
