Amaze Balling Stuff - Should you make a motorcycle video in the dark?

In this video I discuss whether you should make a motorcycle video in the dark or low light conditions and what techniques you can use to overcome them. The lack of available light will make the quality of an onboard camera shot quite poor but it can still be useful to convey a certain message that you may wish to convey. Depending on the available ambient light from street lighting etc, then it still might be possible to get good quality and useable video for your project but experimenting is a good start but always remembering that action cameras work much better in daylight conditions.
Riding and filming at night is always a difficult combination and you'll need to think about getting the elements right to get a good result. There will be lots of people who will tell you why you shouldn't ride at night or film at night but the reality is that in certain circumstances you achieve some great result especially if filming off the bike in a well lit urban area, however in rural areas it can be cumbersome and the footage may be unusable.
