Hamsterley Forest Trail Centre Red Route

Its been 4 months since my dislocated shoulder and I've really been struggling with recovery. After riding my local trails in Guisborough Woods my shoulder won't take the punishment from the off piste trails. So I decided to come to Hamsterley Forest and try out the Trail Centre Red Route. Trail Centre's are the ideal place to start learning how to ride a mountain bike, so hopefully I can get some confidence back on the bike and start getting some strength built up in the shoulder.
