🐗 ‘s Head
wow, it’s such a beautiful day out today and I’m ready to hit the store and pick out some amazing Boar’s Head products for this board.

let’s go!

here we are. Check out this wonderful display of Boar’s Head products. The selection is quite impressive.

I’m going to begin with this Chipotle Gouda. Ok, what’s next? There’s so much to pick from!

This smoked Gouda will be delicious as well!

and who doesn’t love French Brie?

some creamy Dill Havarti

Let’s see if I can find some Jalapeño Jack!

This sliced salami is perfect for my board and will really cut down on the preparation time!

I really like these frankfurters and love the Chrysler building on here, which is perfect since Boar’s Head was established in New York

This prosciutto looks fantastic and fresh

and some salami and turkey will be perfect for my sandwich board

let’s not forget the mustard and also these really interesting hummus dips

ok, all done and time to get to work!

I was able to find a wide variety of Boar’s Head products and I’m very excited about putting all of this together.

For my display I’m going to use three boards for a sandwich board, a charcuterie board and a cheese board.

I’m also filling these cute baskets on the side with selections of fresh bread, veggies, sauces and displaying some of the Boar’s Head branding as well, cause everyone knows that this is a great quality brand that they will enjoy.

looks great! And I like these crisp veggies in the middle!

ok, all ready and I love the way this turned out. Now it’s time to start putting together the boards!

Here’s a sneak peak of the beautiful finished product. As you can see I have various types of Boar’s Head cheeses, some fruit, a selection of sandwich breads, veggies and charcuterie.

Here’s every step of the way on how I built this Boar’s Head cheeseboard. Let’s go!

First let’s lay out the sour dough & wheat bread slices!

Now I’m going to cut these croissants sideways and diagonal to make them the perfect size for finger sandwiches

Next let’s lay down some fresh and crispy leaves of lettuce.

Now some thick slices of juicy red vine ripened tomatoes

How about we mix some cherry tomatoes in here as well, and then these slices of avocado.

as you can see, I’m making a little design with these avocado slices as well. This is soo much fun!

ok, I’m going to begin with these rolls of thinly sliced prosciutto from Boar’s Head

Next I’ll add some folds of this Boars Head smokey turkey

Now let’s put some of these slices of salami within the prosciutto to add some depth to this charcuterie

Ok, and here are some beautiful folds of the large dry salami.

I really like the way this is coming together.

Now let’s place from crunch green cucumbers.

And I love these triangles of watermelon.

Take notice of how all of these different shapes, folds and overlapping designs add depth and texture to the board. This is something I strive to do with all of my projects.

Haha, let’s move this to the left a little, I forgot something!

I forgot, it’s almost strawberry season and I found these plump red berries and the market today. They will act as the perfect divider between the charcuterie & produce and add so much color to the board!

Cheese!

First I’m going to make a border to this cheese board using these nice fresh grapes & berries

Since this is a Boar’s Head themed project, I’m making it a point to prominently display the product, I’m really liking how this looks!

Here’s the Dill Havarti & Smoked Gouda again!

I’m featuring both slices and cubes dependent on the type of cheese. Havarti is softer so cubes work well while the smoked Gouda is a lot easier to slice!

Next we have our Boar’s Head French Brie.

Now I’m adding the Chipotle Gouda, also sliced.

Close up: Hi guys!

And now this Jalapeño Jack, which is my hubby’s favorite ;)

some of the sweet chili Hummus

Now some black grapes.

boy, these boards are heavy but they are worth the extra workout carrying them over. Let’s add them all to the Boar’s Head display that I set up.

Whoops! Bye bye grape!

First the cheese board!

Now let’s place this sandwich board to the left

And lastly this beautifully savory charcuterie platter!

And here we go, wala the finished Boar’s Head cheese board display!

First the sourdough. The wheat and the croissant. Now a squirt of this horseradish sauce, and a spread of the mustard.

let’s add some lettuce & Vegas, some meats and of course some delicious morsels of Boar’s Head cheese!

and look at these sandwiches!
