It was a beautiful end-of-summer day and Emilio Dutra-Lidington was bouncing over the waves of Lac Pemichangan, two hours north of Ottawa, as he tubed behind his friend’s powerful Wake Cutter speedboat. It was Aug. 29, 2018, last day at the cottage of one of his fellow Glebe Collegiate graduates.
