This network marketing objection can definitely put a damper on your business, so it’s best to know how to overcome it so you can get down to the real reason your prospect is not signing up on your team.

Which leads me to the definition of an objection:

An objection is nothing more than a little white lie
Now that isn’t the Webster’s Dictionary definition, but it is exactly what you needed to hear.

The reason is because we usually look at objections as our weakness.

When in actuality, objections are something we hear everyday from people.

Innocent fibs.

How I Like to Overcome Objections
When I first started getting objections, I realized that there had to be a way to overcome these dream killers.

Objections aren’t exactly what you want to hear after giving a presentation for your network marketing company or direct sales company, but you almost always get them.

So why not figure out a way to alleviate the objection and overcome it with the power of enticing ACTION from your prospect?

Do Objections Really Exist?
Can I be honest with you?

That is how I now think of objections.

They really don’t exist to me.

When I am doing 3-way calls for people on my team, after the calls most of the people on my team ask me how I got the prospect to signup without even answering their objections.

I usually laugh because I honestly don’t realize it anymore.



The “I Don’t Have the Time” Objection
This objection is one of the worst because it is such a fragment of the truth.

We all have the same amount of time in each and every day, so it really comes down to how we use that time.

What your prospect is really saying is that they aren’t ready to dedicate their time towards the opportunity you have just exposed them to.

But why?

Well, it can be a number of reasons:

They may work 60+ hours per week
They may already have a side business they’re building
They may be satisfied with their life so they’re not looking to add anything
They may just be straight up lying to you (in a nice way of course)
So What is Your Job?
Your job is to find out the real reason why your prospect is saying they don’t have the time.

If you watched my video at the top of this post, then you know that I like to eliminate this objection before I even get it.

Unfortunately, some people still say they don’t have the time even after I showed them that it does not take long to build this business on a daily basis.

That is why I use my approach of showing with action, rather than words.

Actions Speak Louder than Words
Network marketing is all about people watching your every move.

I always teach my team to make it so easy a fifth grader can do it
The easier you make it, the more people you will recruit on to your team.

You just have to show them how easy and quick it is to expose people and then the objections don’t make any sense.

You can actually laugh at your prospects when they say they don’t have the time, and you already proved them wrong.

That essentially makes their objection automatically void.

Plus, you have to learn to have fun doing this and you will attract even more people.
