ESO - Medium Armor Stamina DK PvP Build 😱 The New Stamina Meta? Flames of Ambition PTS Update

What's going on guys, today i show you my Stamina Dk PvP Build on the PTS. The Flames of Ambition Update has honestly changed the game. The meta seems like it is shifting to high penetraiton for both stamina and magic classes as well high health recovery for stamina builds. Overall on the week 1 of the PTS, i think stamina dk is decent, but not as strong as it once was. It will be tanky, but will lack some damage.
