This tundra has been acting up for a while and the customer was unable to identify the issue. The customer had replaced the coolant temp sensor and Fuel pump but the issue remains. The problem is a long crank time or hard start after the truck has been sitting for a while and especially when starting in the morning.

What we find is an calculation error for the fuel alcohol content. There are multiple service bulletins and multiple PCM software updates for this concern. One of the TSBs even require a new fuel pump to be installed.
