Selection Process

If your application is accepted, the selection process will consist of 3 stages:

Assessment Round 1
The candidates who have successfully registered for ARISE will go through a cognitive assessment. It will contain four sections quantitative ability, data interpretation, verbal ability and logical reasoning.

Assessment Round 2
Shortlisted candidates from Round 1 assessment will go through a functional assessment basis their preferred tracks/ roles and personality profiler.

Final Round: Elevator Pitch
Shortlisted candidates from Round 2 assessment will go through the elevator pitch (interview), which will be evaluated by senior leaders of the bank. The candidates need to answer a few questions in video format (not more than 2 minutes per question).
