THAI - STYLE STEAMED SQUID | SHERSON LIAN

A very simple and easy recipe to make. It takes only about 20 minutes and ready to be savoured! In this episode I'll be cooking Thai - Style Steamed Squid 🦑. It's sweet, savoury, sour, spicy and it's giving a whole lot of flavours explosion in your mouth 💥

INGREDIENTS
Marinate:
Lime - 1
Squid - 350gm

Sauce:
Garlic - 4 cloves
Bird Eye Chilis - 2
Coriander slice - 1 bunch
Lime - 1
Fish sauce - 3 tbsp
Lemongrass - 1
Palm Sugar - 30gm
