Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today, I’ll show you how to make this beautiful double-button placket baby frock with puff sleeves and a stylish belt, inspired by the image shown.

Materials Needed:
• Fabric (cotton or polyester blend)
• Buttons
• Matching thread
• Scissors
• Measuring tape
• Sewing machine
• Belt buckle (optional)

Step 1: Taking Measurements
• Measure the chest, waist, shoulder width, and desired frock length of the child.
• Add seam allowances to all measurements for a comfortable fit.

Step 2: Cutting the Fabric
• For the bodice, cut two front pieces with a slight overlap for the button placket.
• Cut one back piece.
• Cut two sleeve pieces for the puff sleeves.
• Cut a circular skirt piece for a flared effect.

Step 3: Making the Bodice
• Sew the front and back bodice pieces together at the shoulders.
• Add the double-breasted button placket by folding and sewing the overlapping front edges.
• Attach the buttons symmetrically on both sides of the placket.

Step 4: Creating Puff Sleeves

• Secure the belt around the waist to complete the look.

Step 7: Final Touches
• Hem the skirt for a clean finish.
