Volkswagen Polo Air conditioner, no cooling, Repair and diagnosis

This car VW Polo came to me after 2 months since I replaced radiator fan now with a different fault. Customer has recharged gas 2 times in some other garage within two month still no cooling, other Garage gave him wrong information of radiator fan went faulty.
