Lam meat or veal 1 kg
Slivered pistachio one cup
Slivered Almond one cup
Cardamom one cup
Turmeric
Saffron
Rose water 2 cups
Cinnamon 3 pieces
Red and black pepper (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Butter 200 g
Oil (as needed)
Onion 2 middle sized
Tomato paste 3 spoons
3 oranges. (Slivered orange peel)
Sugar one cup
Water Half of a cup
Rice 5 cups
