Add Dynamic Next and Previous buttons to Oxygen Tabs in WordPress

Add Dynamic Next and Previous buttons to Tabs in WordPress using Oxygen Builder tabs. Buttons are dynamically created when new tabs/tab content are added. Buttons are keyboard/screen reader accessible, JS and CSS is plug and play, doesn't require creating elements or adding id's and classes, just paste and buttons are added automatically. Adds accessibility to Oxygen tabs element
