In this video, I share how you can make SEXY progress bars for your social media videos. You have probably seen progress bars being used by your favorite content creators. Like Gary Vee, Grant Cardone, and Brad Lea. They all use progress bars in their videos.

The difference between them and you is that they have a staff of professionals. Their team has the ability to make unique looking progress bars that help them stand out and they can do it quickly. Time is of the essence. It's also important for the process of creating progress bars for social media to be easy and enjoyable. The only problem with other solutions is that the progress bars come out looking cookie cutter.

So I've gone the extra mile to make sure you can create something different with having gradients in the mix. Also, I will be adding more styles soon. You will be able to adjust the border-radius in a new update.

Here are the three simple steps you need to take in order to get the progress bar to work inside your video.

#1. Click the "elements" icon to show all the available elements. Progress bars are an element type. Click on the button that represents the progress bars. Currently, there is one option that is highly customizable. In the future, I will be adding several variations to really separate your video content from others.

#2. The progress bar will display on the artboard and the timeline. If it's your first progress bar the time cursor will snap to the beginning of the element at 0 seconds. You can move through time by dragging the time cursor, clicking the play button, or hitting the space bar to trigger play.

#3. Adjust the progress bar to your liking. You can select it. Once you do, you will see some options in the toolbar to the right. From there you can change the progress bar foreground (the actual progress bar) and the background colors. You can also change the position by dragging it and moving it around if you want to move it to the top for instance, it's highly flexible. You can also adjust the height. For the color option, there is also the ability to make the progress bar a gradient color for a truly unique flavor that will help you stand apart and add pizzaz to your brand.
