Aloo Arvi Masala | Arbi Ki Sabzi is a vegetarian colocasia (taro) root Indian curry. Dahi Wali Arbi ki sabzi or Arvi ki sabzi is an Indian masala curry. It is a north Indian recipe best eaten with roti, naan, phulka & paratha. Arbi or arvi is hindi term for the vegetable – colocasia or taro.
The spice in the gravy comes from yogurt or curd, cumin seeds (Powder) and dry fenugreek seeds(kasoori methi). It has the everyday spices like coriander(dhania) powder, chili powder and garam masala. I cook this to be spicy but you can adjust the spice as per your liking.

Ingredients:
Arvi (Arbi) 1/2 Kg Finger Cut
Potato 1/2 Kg Finger Cut
Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup
Onion 2 Medium Sized Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Yogurt 1 Cup
Salt 1/2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp
Carom Seeds A pinch
Green Chilli Chopped A Little Handful
Coriander Powder A little Handful
