RECIPE:

Levain
60g Sourdough starter
60g Warm water
120g Self-raising flour or AP Flour

Bread Dough
500g Bread Flour
75g Water
75g Olive oil or any oil you have
4 Medium eggs
90g Honey or Sugar
10g Salt
