I just deleted everyone on social media.
And as I was deleting their contacts, I thanked them for coming into my life and wished them the best. And this has felt absolutely liberating. I was motivated to do this because I don’t want to spend my life watching other people live theirs. Also, I want to be FULLY present in my life moving forward.

This was the first step into my whole digital reset. I was so tired of spending so much time on my phone, so I wanted to re-design my whole digital experience. I got rid of so many apps, put time limits, filters for emails and etc.

If you have been glued to your phone and starting to get tired of it. If you have been overwhelmed and just want some peace. If you are fully ready to invest in YOUR life…I hope you take this as a sign to do a digital reset.
