Removing the old key chuck and installing a new PORTA 38B16 Keyless chuck onto my drill press. I also indicate both chucks to compare the runout on each.

The PORTA chuck feels like it's well made, solid construction and smooth operation. I have noticed it does occasionally slip with smaller size bits (doesn't hold / self tighten as well as the previous smaller version i temporarily used).
