This tool-assisted speedrun was created with BizHawk. Timing begins with pressing "new game" and ends on the first black frame after the last scene. According to BizHawk that's 35:56.527 minutes or 131672 frames.

I manipulated the RNG towards not taking any damage in battles. And I took some frames to glitch out Boromir at the end.
