Hi all in this video I will show you how to fry fish like Hotel Narayana Style , the Masal used in Hotel maybe different from my recipe however the taste is exactly same to theirs, this is my experimental recipe.In the video I have used powder masala however u can use whole spices and grind the masala , also u can use raw rice and grind .

The trick is in the frying using a saucepan or kadai , the technique is shown in detail i the video so watch it without skipping as u May miss out some important tips
