This might be the youngest human on Earth who understands amino acids and peptide bonds!

Nathan uses the 1-letter codes for the 20 amino acids to complete this fun peptide drawing activity. What he's doing in the video is the same question I give to my college seniors as an exam question.

Nathan has been working on my Biochemistry Literacy for Kids curriculum remotely for only a couple months. Most students could do this (with my curriculum) if given the chance.
