The last Friday of every month we will release programs that will take athletes on a 12 month journey to competing at the highest level. Everything from strength training to dynamic athletic movement and overall conditioning, we will bring you everything you need to be successful. Don't worry our goal is to make this program available to athletes all over the world that have a desire to get better.
