Easy install And amazing customer support!
If i could give this product six stars, I would. I disconnected my old DVR and connected tigersecu in under an hour. I had a little problem with the remote viewing set up but that was solved in a few minutes by a call to customer support. Sandee solved that in minutes and I then noticed an issue with the time and once again Sandee solved it quickly.
I looked at so many DVRs before i purchased this one. Customer support was my most important issue as I had worse than none on the previous DVR, but I also have to say that ease of use with search, playback, zoom etc. are great. The instructions are very clear and once again, if you have a roadblock, the support is great!
